Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Details

CheckMyVitamins offers a $10 USD/month subscription that includes up to 500 AI-powered food photo recognition analyses per month. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds Before First Use: You may request a full refund for your current billing period if you have not yet uploaded any photos for analysis.
  • After First Use: Once you upload your first photo for analysis in a billing period, that month’s subscription becomes non-refundable.
  • Future Billing Cycles: If you cancel after using the service, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur, and any future billing periods are fully refundable as long as the new period has not started.
  • Billing Errors: Any unauthorized or duplicate charges will be fully refunded upon verification.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, email support@checkmyvitamins.com with your account email and "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Abuse or Violation: Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy or violating our Terms of Service may not be eligible for refunds. Refunds are subject to our Terms of Service.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@checkmyvitamins.com.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment partner.
