1. Subscription Details

CheckMyVitamins offers a $10/month subscription service that allows for a maximum of 500 meal photo analyses per month. This limit covers approximately 15 photo analyses per day throughout a 30-day month, which is sufficient for analyzing multiple meals daily.

2. Technical Resources

Each photo analysis consumes computational resources, specifically GPU processing power for AI image recognition. These resources represent a direct cost that we incur for each analysis performed.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Within Messenger: Send a message with the text "Cancel subscription" to our Messenger bot
  • Email: Send an email to support@checkmyvitamins.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email that your cancellation has been processed. No further charges will be made to your payment method.

4. Refund Policy for Unused Services

Our refund policy is directly tied to resource usage:

  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription and request a refund within the first 14 days of your billing cycle, we may issue a partial refund for unused portions of your subscription, minus the cost of any analyses already performed.
  • Calculation Method: The refund amount is calculated based on the number of remaining analyses available in your subscription (out of 500) at the time of cancellation.
  • Example: If you've used 100 out of 500 analyses and cancel with a refund request, you may be eligible for a partial refund of approximately 80% of your subscription fee.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following aspects of our service are non-refundable:

  • Analyses that have already been performed
  • Subscriptions canceled after 14 days from the start of the billing cycle
  • Subscriptions where all analyses have been consumed

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider exceptions to our refund policy in the following cases:

  • Technical issues on our end that significantly impaired the service quality
  • Incorrect or unauthorized charges
  • Situations where the analysis results were consistently unusable due to system errors

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your account information and the reason for your refund request
  • We will process your request within 5 business days

8. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
